My only semi-complaint is the guards would not let me into the pool area during the Friday Pool Day Party because I did not have on pool attire. We went there on a Saturday night, the place was packed, and the music was good. We got free access to the Ghost Bar, which is a rooftop in/outdoor bar that overlooks the entire strip with outstanding night views. The hotel also has high-end restaurant with superb food. Right next to the casino is a Food Court (McDonald's, Earl of Sandwich, Tacos) with cheap eats and a movie theater for additional entertainment which I thought was so cool. Its location off the Strip makes for lower prices, but theres a free shuttle to the Strip (ending in the evening) and the action-packed Palms Casino Resort is right next door, so guests still have easy access to the gambling, parties, and celeb. We are not gamblers, so the Casino floor was used as a walk through to our destinations however, it was not smoky like many casinos. The 47-story, 599-room Palms Place Hotel Spa is one of the best values for a luxury hotel in Vegas. The staff was very helpful when we checked-in, the bellman helped us up with our luggage, and they answered any questions that we had about the hotel and Las Vegas. We had a great view of the strip with full wall to wall huge windows. Our room was large, modern and stylish., It had the usually amenities desk, armchair, flat screen TV, and a very comfortable king size bed that was nicely made up. The Palms hotel is located off the strip.
